Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display which features bridal attire available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two female mannequins are featured in the display, and both are adorned in bridal gowns; the gowns include tulle skirts, the left dress includes a lace bodice, V-neckline and of the shoulder sleeves. Featured on the right dress is a patterned overlay with bodice, enclosures, short sleeves, and a Peter Pan collar. The ladies are each accessorized with a head-piece and veil as well as a bouquet. The window is ornamented with a tree branch, vines, and a birdcage. Signage in the central foreground reads, "Bride's Week, February 7 through 12, as nostalgic as the stains of Lohengrin, the Radiant Bride, floor-length lacy sheers grace this day of days… look so lovely, Bridal Salon, 6th Floor… Section D." The date, photographic sequence number, company name, and the photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "2-10-55; 26030-9x; The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer."
