Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display which features ladies footwear available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Two, large, abstract shelving units feature differing styles of ladies footwear which are accompanied by Easter eggs, and Easter bunnies. Signage affixed to the rear of the display features the same styles of shoes displayed, and reads, "Worth a fortune to your feet… 'Your Footprint in Leather'… in beautiful new Matrix, Shoes for Spring, Here's quality you can see and feel! The finest Matrix shoes ever, plus that fabulous fashion comfort feature, 'Your Footprint in Leather.' Beautiful outside… beautiful inside… they fit your foot all over!" Also, signage in the central-left foreground reads, "Your Footprint in Leather, Matrix Shoes, Bring You a New Look of Fashion for Spring 1948, Women's Shoes, Seventh Floor… Farmer."
