A female mannequin stands at the center of the display dressed in a floor-length dress and is proudly displaying her legs. Ladies hosiery is featured throughout the display on mannequin legs and draped in sets. Signage in the central foreground reads, "For Wonderful Top-to-Toe Fit, 'Barbara Lee' Nylons, Made to Our Own Specification in Neutral Summer Shades, $1.35 pair, Hosiery, First Floor, Farmer." The date, photographic sequence number, and the photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "5-1-47; 22812-14x; Davis B. Hillmer."
