Five mannequin heads mounted atop ornamented poles feature the latest women's headwear, and beaded collars. Signage displayed on the left side of the window reads, "Flattering Little Cocktail Hats, Expose Much Hair, and Much Chic, Millinery Studio, 7th Floor, Woodward." The photographic sequence number, and photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "15993; Davis B. Hillmer."
