Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display which features ladies brassieres and girdles available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. Mannequin forms affixed to a fluted column and ornamented with tulle are featured on the right side of the window, while a third form, placed atop an elevated display also features another style of brassiere and girdle. An ornamental partition in the background displays an image of two women and reads, "As Seen In Vogue, Diana, The Daintiness Girdle, with detachable, washable crotch." Also, signage in the central foreground reads, "Daintiness Girdle, by Diana, Rayon Satin Front Panel, Elastic Downstretch Back and Side Panels, Detachable Crotch, $7.95; Other Dianas, $5.95 and $7.95; Corsets, Fifth Floor, Farmer." The date, and the photographic sequence number are printed on the bottom of the recto, "9-17-46; 22559-2x."
