Print. Black and white photographic print of a window display which features ladies Dressmaker Fit foundations and clothing available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. A female mannequin stands on the right side of the window, and appears to be looking at an oversized sign which features sketches from, "Dressmaker Fit, Suits, Corsets, Sportswear, Gowns, Town Dresses." A small dress form is featured on an elevated display table and is ornamented with tulle, and several differing corsets. Signage in the left foreground reads, "Dressmaker Fit by American Lady, Essential to Wardrobe-and-Figure Success and Basis for Fit in Everything You Wear, Corset Salon, Fifth Floor, Farmer." Also, smaller signage in the right corner foreground reads, "Miss C. Erma Doan, Fashion Figure Consultant for American Lady, Will be in the Corset Salon, Monday through Saturday to Advise You with Your Figure Problems."
