Print. (2 Copies.) Black and white photographic print of a window display which features ladies brassieres available at The J.L. Hudson Company Department Store. A female mannequin featured on the left side of the display displays a long-line brassiere and crinoline underskirt. Accompanying the mannequin are three mannequin torsos which all feature brassieres and short crinoline skirts. Two of the torsos are suspended from the ceiling. The window is decorated with an illuminated Christmas tree, presents, fur branches, and tree ornaments. Signage in the left-central foreground reads, "It's Christmas time at Hudson's… the store with the wonderful things, Important silhouette basis for the new low-neckline fashions… Edith Lances, Fine Bandeaux and Lone-Line Brassieres for junior and misses sizes, Corset Salon, 5th Floor, Farmer… Section B." The company name and the photographer's name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "The J.L. Hudson Company; Photography by Davis B. Hillmer."
