Two sepia-toned photographs of 2-story and 3-story commercial buildings on 12th Street that were printed on a sheet of white paper for a property survey report. The buildings were located near the intersection of Philadelphia Street in Detroit.

The upper photo depicts an image that looks southeastward and shows a 3-story brick/stone commercial building that was located at the southeast corner of 12th and Philadelphia Streets. Euclid Cleaners, located at 8424 12th Street, can be seen at the center of the photo. The Jack Mann Chevrolet dealership can be seen on the left side of the photo at the corner of Philadelphia Street.
