In the foreground, the crowd includes civilians as well as people in military uniforms. On the stage Larry Marino (left) and Toby David (right) stand behind microphones on podiums. The right podium holds a smaller banner which states, "WMAL The Evening Star Station." A man wearing headphones stands between them and gestures toward David.
