In the foreground an audience of adults and children can be seen standing in front of the ride. On the platform, the two unidentified men stand far left while Allen stands left of six children and David (right) stands behind a chilld. Behind them on the platform are a standee cutout of Olive Oyl (left), a sign which reads "Popeye and Captain Jolly 6:00 to 6:30 p.m., CKLW-TV Channel 9" (center) and a standee cutout of Popeye (right). Other attractions including batting practice and "The Whip" can be seen in the background. Handwritten text on verso reads, "X-7."
