Sepia-toned photo of the interior of Pullman Company's Model B, an experimental streetcar designed by John Hession, Jr. based on specifications from Dr. Clarence F. Hirshfeld of the Electric Railway Presidents' Conference Committee, taken facing the front. The front entrance, a turnstile, the driver's area, several of the upholstered seats, a portion of the side destination sign including some of its internal gears, and overhead advertisements for Ivory Soap and the National Tea Company are visible within. Tracks, streetcar trucks, and brick industrial buildings are visible in the railyard outside of the car's windows. "P.39035, L. 6445, 7-31-34, JP.V.V." is printed in the lower left corner. "Built by Pullman Car & Mfg. Corp., Chicago," is embossed in the bottom center of the photo.
