Hirshfeld of the Electric Railway Presidents' Conference Committee, in a railyard with carbarns in the background. The car's doors have not been attached, and its interior is unfurnished. "P.39009, L. 6445, 6-9-34, JP.V.V." is printed in the lower right corner. "Built by Pullman Car & Mfg. Corp., Chicago," is embossed in the bottom center of the photo.
