B.] James Photo." The view shows a waste pile of excavated material in the foreground and the area that collapsed (marked by arrow). This collapsed pile caused the adjacent sewer grade line to heave upward. The sewer trench is located to the left of the Walbridge Aldinger Co. shovel crane.
