Black and white photographic print of four members of the Goodfellows, including John H. Maher in the center, and James Mahon on the right, posed with two members of the Detroit Police Department. The Goodfellows wear newspaper carrier bags with pins affixed to the straps. Maher and Mahon both hold a piece of paper, presumably a check, which one of the police officers reads from over their shoulders. "12/19/51," and "James Mahon at right," are handwritten on the verso.
