One black and white photograph showing the construction of a new factory building at the Packard Automotive Plant complex. The elevated view looks northwestward from East Grand Boulevard and was taken on May 17, 1928. The building (Building 82) was first known as the Aviation Building. Later, it was known as the Marine Building and was used for engineering design and marine engine manufacturing.
