Sepia-toned portrait photograph of Virginia Kingswood Booth wearing the dress gown (1962.007.008) she wore for her introduction to the court of the King and Queen of England on May 19, 1931. She is seated with her back and left shoulder to the camera, while holding an ostrich feather fan (1962.007.001) in her lap. A Dorothy Wilding stamp is on the verso, and "I was presented at the court of St. James on May 9th 1928, Virginia Kingswood Booth, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Ralph Harman Booth (Detroit)." is handwritten. The photo was housed in a "Harvard Studio" folder.
