One framed, sepia-toned photograph of Julia Russel (later Mrs. Henry Pickert) who is wearing a YWCA uniform. The photo was taken during her service in World War I. The photo is mounted in a narrow black wood frame with a decorative inner edge and includes a white matte along with a protective glass cover. A faint pencil signature in the lower right corner of the matte shows the name, "--- Harper." The uniform was made by H. J. Nicoll & Co., Ltd., of Paris.
