Handwritten on verso- Note: This bldg front to be completely modernized. Sign is to be designed for center of bldg. erection - projecting type sign. Sign is to be double constructed as it will be erected to a vertical steel beam to be installed by contractor. Architect is designing corrugated bronze colored aluminum to the right + left of entrance way, consequently, use same material in sign design. Thanks, Bill B.
