Black and white photographic print depicting the construction of the Horace E. Dodge & Son Memorial Fountain in Hart Plaza. The photograph is taken inside of a hole. Behind the hole, a tarp hangs over some equipment and rods can be seen protruding from the dirt. An excavator can be seen to the left of the photograph. A small chalkboard sign in the hole reads "Civic Center Plaza 12-7-75. Dodge Fountain Feature #2". Dated December 7th, 1975.
