Sepia-toned photo of the exterior of the Detroit Osteopathic Hospital in Highland Park taken from a photo album of air conditioning installations done by the Detroit Ice Machine Company in 1937. Dirt covers the lawn area around the concrete path leading to the entrance, and pile of loose dirt is on the lawn directly in front of the camera. "M-2025," is printed in the lower right corner of the photo, corresponding to the description "20 Ton Air Conditioning," on the table of contents page (2008.039.003). The photo is mounted on a linen photo album page with a flap on the left hand side with three holes for binding.
