Black and white photographic print depicting several buildings, decorated with many streamers, banners, and American flags along Jefferson Avenue between Bates Street and Woodward Avenue. A pair of horse carriages, a horse-drawn streetcar marked, "Central Depot and Baldwin Street," and several pedestrians are in the foreground. Verso suggests this was possibly taken during the 1891 National Encampment of the Grand Army of the Republic in Detroit.
