Black and white photographic print with a slight sepia-tone depicting the construction of the Chamber of Commerce Building on Griswold Street and State Street. Stone and brick work is underway on the lower three floors, while girders are in place for seven more floors. Several horse-drawn wagons filled with bricks are at the base of the building, while workers attend to duties around the structure. "131125" is printed at the lower right, and the verso bears a stamp for, "Manning Bros. Commercial Photographers, 16300 Brush Street (Block South of 6 Mile) Highland Park 3, Mich. Call-to. 8-1092."
