Print, Photographic

Black and white photographic image of the Russell House printed on off-white cardstock. The photo was taken from an elevated position across Campus Martius. Several horse-drawn carriages and buggies are on Woodward Avenue. Across the lower level of the Russell House are storefronts, including A.W. Copeland and Company, a railroad ticket office, a sewing machine store, C.H. Locke, and a stove store. Signs for the Detroit White Lead Works, and Farrand, Williams, and Company are in the background, as is St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church. The Detroit River and Windsor are in the distance. "6.4, 117099, 3/28/58, 3" handwritten on verso.
