Black and white photo of the exterior of the Westown Theatre, as taken from the opposite side of Wyoming Street. The films, "Accusing Finger," and "Along Came Love," are both advertised on the marquee. The storefront to the left of the theater is occupied by Erwin Shoes, and a Kelvinator store is to the right. A car is parked in front of the theater. The photo is matted on page for a photo album, complete with a flap with holes for binding on the left edge. Below the handwritten note, "Fenkell nr. Wyoming, torn down," a typewritten sheet is pasted to the verso of the page with details on the theater's signs:

VERTICAL SIGN
SIZE: 50' high x 6' wide.
LETTERS: WESTOWN - 4' raised block porcelain enamel letters illuminated in double tube red neon.
FINISH: Entire facia of sign porcelain enamel. Top fins illuminated with red neon tubing equipped with flasher to give chasing effect.

MARQUEE SIGNS
SIZE: 45' 10" long x 11' 6" high
FINISH: Entire facia porcelain enamel. And columns and top and bottom borders are of 10 watt yellow lamps on 6" centers equipped with flasher with chasing effect.
LETTERS: Front of marquee the copy WESTERN appears in approx. 4' silhouetted porcelain enamel letters, illuminated by lamps behind opal glass.

The ends of the marquee display has provision for four lines of 12" Wagner Silhouette Interchangeable Letters illuminated by lamps behind the opal glass panels. The columns on the marquee sign are also outlined in a single tube of red neon.

The soffit is of 20 gauge galvaneal metal in white enamel. Illumination by 25 watt lamps on 6" centers. The coming attraction sign over the entrance doors is 36' long x 2' 10" wide. The face is constructed of ply wood for posting coming attraction posters. Illumination is provided by soffit lighting and the display has a double tube red neon border equipped with flasher with chasing effect action.
