Black and white photo of the exterior of the Harper Theater, as taken from slightly east on the opposite side of Harper Avenue. The films, "The Rains Came," and "Chicken Wagon Family," are both advertised on the marquee. The portion of the marquee facing Harper also adds that the theatre features, "Special seats and headphones for the hard of hearing," and "2000 streamlined seats." Two cars are parked outside of the theater. Banners are strung from the theater's sign. A ladder, a pile of boards, and a bundle of American flags are on the sidewalk outside of the theater. "W-5710," is printed in the lower right corner. The photo is matted on page for a photo album, complete with a flap with holes for binding on the left edge.
