Signage is posted around the building for the Colonial Clothes Shop, the Old Cadillac Hotel Barber Shop, State Lunch, Schiller's Millinery, Ray Jewelry, and Colonial Billiard Rooms. Adjacent on State Street is a cafeteria and grocery store. Several people stand on the curb or look into the store windows. "1918-1923?" handwritten on verso, however the addresses depicted appear to conform to the 1921 numbering system.
