Black and white glossy photo shows a crowd of people that are gathering around several men who are standing at the front of a "Special" Baker Street streetcar. Two policemen are standing on either side for crowd control. It is not known what the nature of this event was. It is possible that the man (in light-colored hat) who is standing to the right on the streetcar platform is Frank Murphy, but the others are not known. An ink stamp on the verso shows "Detroit Historical Museum."
