The Detroit Edison General Office Building and Service Building, I-75, Grand River Avenue, Cass Tech High School, Cass Park, St. John's Episcopal Church, and the Donovan Building are in view. The wing of the photographer's plane is captured at the top left corner of the image. "City of Detroit, Report & Information, 72101, Photographic," was stamped on the verso of the proof sheet, however the final digit was hand-corrected to "2."
