Black and white aerial photograph cut from a proof sheet taken of the riverfront west of Concord Street from a spot above the Detroit River, facing northwest. The Ireland and Matthews Manufacturing Plant, the Federal Building at Jefferson Avenue and Mt. Elliott Street, Eastern High School, and Elmwood Cemetery and Mt. Elliott Cemetery are all in view . "M-2054," was handwritten on the verso of the proof sheet.
