An automobile is parked adjacent to the curb at the intersection; a street car moves along Woodward Avenue. Pedestrians are visible on the sidewalk along the street. A young boy peers into the windows of the W.W. Henry Art Store in the right middle ground. Many other businesses are visible along the south side of Witherell including E.C. Ditrich and Company Furs; Ganapol School of Music; and Bowman's. Also, businesses are adjacent to Woodward Avenue on the east side of the north bound thoroughfare including, Central Electric Motor Supplies and West Disinfecting Company. Written on the verso, "Looking east on Witherell, from corner of Woodward, south side."
