Street car tracks are visible in the thoroughfare; a residence in the Second Empire architecture style neighbors Woodward, as well as an Italianate style residence; First Presbyterian Church is visible in the background. Also, written on the verso, "1st house, Philo Parsons, 530 Woodward, Blt. 1876."
