Mounted sepia-toned photograph of the former R. W. Allen house, at 118 Miami Avenue, or Broadway Avenue after 1907. The photo is mounted on grey cardstock. The London Shop Millinery is located next door at 120 Miami. Two men walk along the sidewalk in front of the buildings. A bicycle leans against the curb on the left. "Rights side of this building was residence of R. W. Allen @118 Miami. It is still standing and is part of Wasums' Restaurant on Broadway. (May 1953)," is written on the verso.
