Two female mannequins are dressed in sleepwear; surrounded by various other nightgowns draped around them. Signage in the left foreground reads, "Lovely Lingerie for Mi-Lady, Lush color, Sky Blue and Peppermint Pink, Lingerie Dept. Fourth Floor." A large poster is affixed to the back wall advertising the "Aviation Building, New York World's Fair, 1939." The photographic sequence number is printed in the bottom right corner of the recto, "17887-5X."
