Mounted sepia-toned photo of the fountain in Crawford Park in the center of the intersection of High Street and Fifth Street. Several groups of children stand or sit around the fountain, and a young girl on the far left is wading within it. A row of wooden-sided homes runs along the background of the photo. A Peninsular Engraving Company proof stamp, numbered 5428 is on the verso.
