Print, Photographic

Sepia-toned photographic print of a chop house on Griswold Street, between Fort Street and Lafayette Boulevard, where the Dime Building now stands, as indicated on verso. There are advertisements for Royal Banner and E.B. Banner cigars posted on its roof, as well as an American League baseball scoreboard above its entrance. Horse carriages and pedestrians are in the streets. There are grey and black highlights added to the picture, mainly as highlights to the building along the right edge, and the faint building behind the chop house. A large black semicircle has also been drawn in at the top right.
