Print. Black and white photographic print depicting the north side of Westminster Street, facing east, between Oakland and Goodwin Streets. Four men stand on the sidewalk lined with destroyed buildings and downed utility lines. Two of them are soldiers with one identifiable as an Army sergeant, previously of the 1st Cavalry Division. One of the other men is wearing a hard hat with a sticker on the back which reads, "ALIVE!"
