Print. Black and white photographic print depicting Westminster Street, facing west, between Goodwin and Oakland Streets. Several vehicles are parked on the street including a GMC Detroit Edison work truck and a 1967 Plymouth Fury. On the north side of the street are destroyed businesses and on the south side are pedestrians and signs reading "Lawnmowers & Etc., Sharpened, Sold & Repaired", "Delicatessen, Beer & Wine, Coca-Cola", and a Bell Telephone sign. A workman can be seen atop one of the utility poles with other workmen below.
