Black and white marketing photo of a Chrysler Bass Runner utility boat, equipped with both an electric trolling motor on the bow and a Chrysler 70 outboard motor at the stern, taken from off its port bow. A pipe-smoking man casts his fishing line from the boat's front swivel chair, while another man seated in the swivel chair behind him baits his hook. Shrub-like vegetation is visible in the background. Several marks have been made in the margins in red grease pencil. A caption printed in the margin below reads:
Chrysler Bass Boat -- Chrysler has unveiled this new 16-foot fiberglass fishing boat created especially for bass angling. The narrow-beam craft, called the Bass Runner, features Chrysler's advanced cathedral-hull design, a seven-foot lockable storage compartment with rod holders, swiveling seats and optional forward stick steering. The boat is shown here with an electric trolling motor as well as a 70-horsepower Chrysler outboard.
