Caption on verso reads: Few stop to think about it, but the beauty of world famous Cranbrook in Bloomfield Hills, with its gardens, fountain and 300 acres of rolling, landscaped grounds rivals ancient Greek gardens or those of fables Babylon. Cranbrook is a group of six educational institutions, including Cranbrook Academy of Art (galleries of which are show above), Cranbrook School, Cranbrook Institute of Science, Kingwood School Cranbrook, Christ Church, Cranbrook, and Brookside School, Cranbrook. The Art Galleries are open 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday except major holidays. Gardens of Cranbrook House are open 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, May 1 to November 1st. The Institute of Science is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
