Black and white photo of the New Presque Isle Lighthouse, as viewed from the northwest. The left side of the tower has been retouched. "Thunder Bay County," is handwritten in the border of the recto in red grease pencil, along with a "Jun 15 1948," stamp. "Alpena," is handwritten in several places on the verso of the photo, along with "return Motor News, United Artists Bldg, Detroit," and "88-1-39." There's also both "An Automobile Club of Michigan Photograph," and a "Motor News, Automobile Club of Michigan, 139 Bagley, Detroit 26, Michigan" stamp on the verso.
