Attached press release reads: Detroit, Dec. 16 - The 1900 Orient Tricycle will be on display at the 1976 Detroit Auto Show, January 10 through the 18th at Cobo Hall.
Featuring a water-cooled, one-cylinder engine capable of cruising speeds from 10 mph to 50 mph, the tricycle sold for $450.00 at the time of its introduction to the American motoring public.
The Orient Tricycle, and cars from Harrah's Automobile Collection in Reno, Nev., set the Auto Show theme, which the Detroit Auto Dealers Association, sponsor of the event, is calling "The Great Cars
Today's Hits, Yesterday's Dreams."
