Print, Photographic

Black and white photographic print depicting a derailed freight car resting on top of a Plymouth, with a crowd of bystanders standing around the scene.
Caption on verso reads: Freight Car Runs Wild, Leaps on Auto. One of eleven freight cars that ran wild on a railroad siding near Cincinnati tore through a concrete ramp, which lifted it ten feet into the air and fell on a Plymouth automobile parked near the tracks. The automobile's all-steel body not only held up under the terrific impact of the freak accident, but when the freight car was removed, the rear springs and tires, which were flattened out, came back up to their normal position and the car was driven away under its own power.
