Black and white photo of former Secretary of Defense under Richard Nixon turned e senior counselor for national and international affairs for Reader's Digest Melvin R. Laird posing with Bernard O'Connor of the Adcraft Club of Detroit. The two men hold a framed illustration of Laird beside an image of the Capitol Building, an issue of Reader's Digest, and the text, "Adcraft Meeting, Friday Nov. 22 1974." Two other unidentified men stand are also in frame, one to the left of Laird, the other in the background between Laird and O'Connor. An Adcraft banner is hung behind the group. A Ransier-Anderson stamp is on the verso.
