Black and white copy of a photographic print of the Wayne County Building, as viewed from Cadillac Square, facing east. An early automobile is parked on Randolph Street. A naval gun is installed on the lawn. Behind the building, along Congress Street signs for T. Knowlson and Schmidt Shoes are posted. Streetcar rails curve past the front of the building. Numbers have been printed in the margins. "6.4, 6, WO 112765, 5/28/53" and "Chrysler," are handwritten on the verso.
