A newspaper clipping entitled "Public Employees Must 'Sell' Their Services," presumably from Labor News, was originally taped to the verso of the photo. The story included the photo with the caption, "Public Servants Banquet Speakers were served orange juice prior to the program Chairman by [sic] Margaret DeSantis. They are (left to right) Dr. Samuel D. Jacobson, superintendent Wayne County General Hospital; Ernest Stengel, president Council 77, AFSCME; Rev. Malcolm G.
