Photograph (and 1 copy). Black and white photo showing the inside of one of the elevating conveyors at the Detroit Edison Conners Creek electric power plant. The view shows two conveyor lines that are housed inside a steel frame structure that has corrugated metal siding. There are three rows of overhead lights and also many overhead metal conduits. One man is standing on the left side of the photo and is observing the coal that is being carried by one of the two conveyors. Handwritten text on the verso shows "Herb Weber" which is probably the man's name. Typewritten text on the bottom of the photo shows "Conners Creek Power Plant, Nos. 3 and 4 Elevating Conveyors Looking Up Toward Surge Bins, Production Department, 4-21-52 : 75000-18."
