Both men are wearing white shirts with dark suits and ties. Walker L. Cisler became the chief engineer of power plants for Detroit Edison Company in 1943. He later served as company president from 1951 to 1964, chief executive officer from 1964 to 1971, and as chairman of the board of directors from 1964 until his retirement in 1975.
