The view shows twelve linemen who are seated on or standing beside a horse-drawn wagon that was owned by the Port Huron Light & Power Company. All of the men are wearing heavy coats and hats and several of them are also wearing climbing spikes. A 1-story wood frame house and a 2-story brick building can be seen in the background. The name on the brick building is partly obscured by a utility pole, but it appears to be H. Buckridge & Company.
