The view shows an electrical substation with transformers, power control equipment, and steel lattice structures for overhead power line support. The substation has been constructed on clear, level ground adjacent to the power plant buildings. One workman is standing on steel scaffolding near the left center area of the photo and another workman is standing on a suspended ladder near the right center area of the photo.
