Window displays are also illuminated on the ground floor adjacent to the sidewalk. The date, photographic sequence number and company name are printed on the bottom of the recto, "12-13-55; 27126-4x; The J.L. Hudson Company." Also, the name and location of the photographer is stamped on the verso, "Davis B. Hillmer, Commercial Photography, 8825 Second Ave. Detroit, Michigan."
